Mission Statement
To balance mind, body, and soul through the transformative power of meditation, sound and creative expression, empowering individuals to live authentically and helping organisations foster a culture of resilience, connection, and wellbeing.
My name is Gillian Murphy and I am an Irish singer, music teacher, vibrational sound healing and creative arts therapy practitioner with a deep passion for supporting wellbeing through creative expression. It is my belief that engagement in wellbeing constructs provide deeper awareness of oneself, leading to transformative results both professionally and personally.
Music and dance have formed a large part of my identity since I first began competitive Irish dancing at the age of 4.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Music and Dance from the University of Limerick, Ireland, along with two postgraduate qualifications in Music Psychology and Education. I further completed a one-year professional training programme to become a qualified Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy practitioner.
As a registered member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, I am committed to maintaining high professional standards. Since 2024, I have organised and facilitated regular Women’s Wellbeing Weekends by the beach. These weekends allow for emotional processing and understanding through sound healing and creative arts practices.
I have proudly called Abu Dhabi home for the past 12 years. I look forward to contributing my knowledge and skills towards the UAE’s goal of reducing stigma around mental health and encouraging businesses to offer psychological support and wellbeing initiatives to valued employees.
